This form is used for invited civic organizations to schedule an orientation flight.
These flights are not open to the general public but are given to groups
deemed to be in the best interest of the Air Force and Air National Guard.
Civic influencers who can assist us with building public support and aid our recruiting efforts are our key audience.
Recruiters may be present to answer any questions about Air National Guard pay, travel, career and education benefits.
Dates and times are limited due to operational requirements.

Date for the Flight

We require at least 120 days notice for civic flights, and 90 days notice for DOD employee/military flights in order to work the necessary permissions.

Purpose of the Flight

According to our guidance, orientation flights must benefit the community and the Air Force.
