Aerial events must be pre-approved by the Secretary of the Air Force - Public Affairs office at this link:

We require space be given to our Recruiters to answer any questions about Air National Guard pay, travel, career and education benefits.
Dates and times are limited due to operational requirements. Requests require at least 30 days for approval and scheduling.
