SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. - Tech. Sgt. Jason Debusk, a health systems technician with the 126th Medical Group, starts his morning by shoveling the pristine canvas of snow that blanketed the grounds after a two day winter storm left the base minimally manned Jan. 27 and Jan. 28.
