Master Sgt. Robert J. Barajas, Oct. 27, 1954 - Jan. 10, 2011

Master Sgt. Bob Barajas (left), trains Senior Airman Zachery Lange on the intricasies of aircrew lifesupport equipment. Master Sgt. Barajas was an Aircrew Lifesupport Craftsman assigned to the 108th Air Refueling Squadron, part of the 126th Air Refueling Wing, located at Scott AFB, IL. Master Sgt. Barajas passed away on Jan. 10, 2011 after a brief battle with cancer. During his tenure with the 126th, Master Sgt. Barajas served as an integral member of the Wing and embodied the Air Force Core Values; especially, ‘Service Before Self.’ Master Sgt. Barajas served his country for more than 34 years.
