SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. - Illinois Air National Guardsman Master Sgt. Ray Wrzek, the fabrication section supervisor for the 126th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, applies the first swipes of grey paint to a C-141 cargo plane at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
